Terms of Service

By using the saseky.com website and the SaseKY application, you are deemed to accept the following terms.

Service

SaseKY is a cloud-based multi-tenant business management software. The service is provided "as is". Outside planned maintenance windows, we target 99.5% availability.

Account

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of the user account and for the actions of users they authorize.

Payment and Cancellation

The yearly subscription renews automatically. The lifetime license is a one-time payment; if the annual maintenance fee is not paid, the account becomes inactive.

Intellectual Property

The platform, trademarks, icons and source code are owned by SaseKY.

Limitation of Liability

SaseKY is not liable for indirect damages. Liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.
