Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between SaseKY (the "Seller") and the buyer (the "Buyer") in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Seller: SaseKY — Istanbul, Turkey — destek@saseky.com

Buyer: The person/legal entity specified on the application form.

2. Subject

The electronic sale of SaseKY subscription plans:

• Yearly Subscription: ₺7,900 / year (VAT included)
• Lifetime License: ₺23,900 (one-time) + ₺1,500/year server/compliance maintenance fee

3. Delivery

The digital service is activated on the Buyer's account within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As long as the Buyer has not started using the service, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days. For activated digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ).

5. Payment

Payment is processed through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored by the Seller.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Istanbul Courts are competent.
