This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between SaseKY (the "Seller") and the buyer (the "Buyer") in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Seller: SaseKY — Istanbul, Turkey — destek@saseky.com

Buyer: The person/legal entity specified on the application form.

2. Subject

The electronic sale of SaseKY subscription plans:

Yearly Subscription: 14.900 TRY / year (VAT included) — 7 user seats included
Lifetime License: 45.900 TRY (one-time) + 2.500 TRY/year server/compliance maintenance fee — 7 user seats included
Yearly Extra Seat: 4.900 TRY / year / user (purchased in addition to a yearly plan)
Lifetime Extra Seat: 13.900 TRY / user (one-time, purchased in addition to a lifetime plan)

3. Delivery

The digital service is activated on the Buyer's account within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As long as the Buyer has not started using the service, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days. For activated digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ).

5. Payment

Payment is collected through two channels: purchases made on saseky.com are processed by Shopier Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. as the payment service provider, and in-app purchases made inside the SaseKY mobile application are processed through Google Play Billing. In both cases card details are handled solely by the relevant payment institution; the Seller does not collect or store payment card details.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Istanbul Courts are competent.
