KVKK Information Notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), SaseKY ("the Company") acts as data controller and processes your personal data for the purposes, legal grounds and methods set out below.

• Contact (email, phone)
• Business (company name, sector, tax details)
• Payment (Shopier for web purchases, Google Play Billing for in-app purchases — card data is never stored on our servers)
• Usage (cookies, analytics, IP)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Performance of contractual obligations
• Service delivery, support and billing
• Marketing (with explicit consent)
• Legal obligations

4. Transfer

Data may be shared with our partners (Shopier and Google Play for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Google for e-mail delivery and analytics, Firebase for push notifications) for the purpose of service delivery, under Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete and object by contacting destek@saseky.com.
