Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), SaseKY ("the Company") acts as data controller and processes your personal data for the purposes, legal grounds and methods set out below.

  • Marketing (with explicit consent)
  • Legal obligations

4. Transfer

Data may be shared with our partners (iyzico, Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Meta, TikTok) for the purpose of service delivery, under Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete and object by contacting destek@saseky.com.
