Fuel & Energy Station

Shift handover, cash reconciliation, tank stock and pump pricing in one flow

Pump AttendantVehicleService Ticket

Features built for you

Run the station shift by shift: the pump attendant opens a shift from their own simplified screen and, at closing, enters each nozzle meter reading plus the cash and card amounts handed over; the system computes litres sold, revenue and the cash variance itself, requires a reason when the variance exceeds tolerance, and routes it to the manager for sign-off. Underground tank volumes move automatically with tanker deliveries and pump sales, are compared against the daily dip measurement, and losses surface immediately. Pump prices are kept per station, to the minute, with an immutable history — you can always prove which price yesterday's sale was made at. Integrated with shop, lubricants, staff and finance modules.

A fuel station does not behave like a shop. Fuel is not sold item by item; it is read in bulk from pump totalisers at the end of a shift. Stock sits in an underground tank, not on a shelf, and evaporation always leaves a loss. Prices change more than once a day. This setup was designed around that reality.

Your job record is a “Service Ticket”, your staff a “Pump Attendant”, the customer’s asset a “Vehicle”. 87 screens and 25 ready reports are open — the highest report count on the platform, because five of them are fuel-specific.

A shift opens, totalisers are read at close, litres and revenue are computed; cash and card are declared separately and any difference is recorded permanently with its reason. On the tank side, dips, tanker deliveries and book-versus-measured comparison run together; loss is corrected only on your approval. Pump prices publish with an effective timestamp and a published price can never be altered.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to enter every fuel sale?
No. Totalisers are read at shift close and the system computes litres and revenue.
What happens if the till is short?
The difference shows immediately. Past tolerance, the shift cannot close without a reason, and the record is permanent.
Is loss written automatically?
No. Book closing is compared with the dip reading and the difference waits on screen; stock is corrected when you approve it.
